The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) would like feedback on the District's Substantial Amendment to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Annual Action Plan (Action Plan).

On November 10, 2022, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) approved the FY 23 Annual Action Plan. Due to increased demand for the Home Purchase Assistance Program (HPAP), DHCD is proposing to shift Action Plan spending priorities to increase homeownership assistance to District residents.
