District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has scheduled a public hearing on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 6 p.m to discuss the proposed disposition of the properties that were included in the Vacant to Vibrant DC, Action 3—Building Homes Through HIP.
