The DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) drafted its Five-Year Consolidated Plan, FY2017 Annual Action Plan, and FY2017 Housing Trust Fund Allocation Plan. DHCD seeks public input on the documents prior to the final submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
