DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, to discuss the sale of 454 N Street NW

DHCD's New Location
On April 1st, DHCD moved to its new location at 1909 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, and the location at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE closed on Friday, March 29th. DHCD opened at its new location on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
