Public Hearing on Proposed Property Disposition, 8th Street NW and T Street NW
DHCD has scheduled a public hearing to consider the proposed disposition of the property at 8th Street NW and T Street NW.

DHCD's New Location
On April 1st, DHCD moved to its new location at 1909 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, and the location at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE closed on Friday, March 29th. DHCD opened at its new location on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
