OCTO is aware of the global issue with CrowdStrike’s update impacting Windows servers and computers. CrowdStrike has identified the issue and a fix. We are supporting District agencies to ensure operations continue. At this time, District operations are not experiencing major impacts.
On April 1st, DHCD moved to its new location at 1909 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, and the location at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE closed on Friday, March 29th. DHCD opened at its new location on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

Agency PerformanceThe DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) wants feedback on the District's FY 23 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).
The FY 2023 CAPER will report to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) how the District spent its federal funds on the following activities:
