In recognition of June as National Homeownership Month, the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will host the "Homeownership Readiness Fair."

Community Based Organizations (CBOs) provide counseling services.
Subordination, payoff and loan confirmation request instructions for DHCD loans.
