Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the requirements of D.C. Official Code Section 42-3171.03 (a)(1), the District of Columbia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) has scheduled a public hearing to consider the proposed disposition of the property at 4906 Jay Street, NE. The public hearing is conducted to ensure that all citizens are informed about the selling of the property to the named buyer and have the opportunity to publicly present their views concerning the sale.
