OCTO is aware of the global issue with CrowdStrike’s update impacting Windows servers and computers. CrowdStrike has identified the issue and a fix. We are supporting District agencies to ensure operations continue. At this time, District operations are not experiencing major impacts.

DC Homeowner Assistance Fund

The DC Homeowner Assistance Fund has allocated all of the available $50 million in federal COVID relief funding and will stop accepting applications as of June 30.

DHCD's New Location

On April 1st, DHCD moved to its new location at 1909 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, and the location at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE closed on Friday, March 29th. DHCD opened at its new location on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.

FY2025 Annual Action Plan

A public hearing will be held at 1909 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE for DHCD's initial draft of the FY 2025 Annual Action Plan. The document is available for citizen comment.
