Needs Assessment Public Hearings: DHCD will host Needs Assessment public hearings on housing and community development needs in the District of Columbia to receive community feedback to help form a basis for developing the draft of the District of Columbia Fiscal Year Annual Action Plan and the spending priorities utilizing federal entitlement funds.

February 19, 2014 Public Meeting

On Wednesday, February 19, 2014, DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Director Michael P. Kelly, DHCD project staff and the developer of the proposed Cedar Hill Flats for the current “Big K” site development, held a public meeting to update and discuss the revised proposed development plans. The revised development plans will go back before the Historic Preservation Review Board on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 1:10 to 2:45 pm. The presentation can be viewed below.
