DHCD is working on a fair housing analysis of the District area. Your views and experiences will help us understand and find solutions for fair housing issues.

DHCD's New Location
On April 1st, DHCD moved to its new location at 1909 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE, and the location at 1800 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE closed on Friday, March 29th. DHCD opened at its new location on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
